  • Designed and evolved enterprise CRM capabilities for point-of-sale and back-office users, including product catalogues, discounts, billing, order management, order decomposition, provisioning, and middleware workflows.
  • Produced business and technical requirements and system specifications, documenting processes and data flows and identifying automation opportunities with business stakeholders.
  • Designed API integrations with third-party digital services, including HBO Max and Canal+, and contributed to the end-to-end Fixed Internet Portability process serving internet providers across Slovakia.
  • Engineered automated customer-data migration workflows for legacy-system cutovers and product end-of-life, with a focus on data integrity.
